Quality Control is one of the most crucial departments of our company. All parts and accessories are verified individually prior to shipment.

Warranty

KC Digital, Intl. offers a 30 day warranty on all parts and accessories purchased from our website. This warranty applies to all part defects, part tampering and/or damage void eligibility.

Examples of Part Tampering:

  • 1) Changing of any components
  • 2) Removing of any components
  • 3) Application of additional components

Examples of Damages:

  • 4) Bent Flex Cables
  • 5) Torn / Ripped Flex Cables
  • 6) Pressure Marks
  • 7) Physical Damage

Return Policy

We offer a 30 return policy on all parts purchased through our website. To begin a return, please contact us immediately via e-mail only that information may be retained for accuracy until returns, refunds or warranties are finished, at: contact@kcdigitalintl.com. Customer service will need to generate an RMA label. There are times where store credit will be necessary when or if results are beyond our control, however, replacement of the defected item/s, refund if item/s is/are discontinued and/or store credit as each issue will be individual and pertaining to its own issues.

NOTE: Please make sure that all and any issues that may result in a return, replacement, refund, warranty or replacement, begin by contacting us immediately via e-mail. Returning an item without contacting us first via e-mail, may result in longer processing times or misplacement of the item. All item/s that are being returned, must be returned by the original purchaser, business account or individual account, refund/s return/s, replacement/s or warranties may not and cannot be transferred. Any tempering with any item or changes made to the item will void any refund, return, replacement or store credit. All warranties, refunds and or replacements are issued only upon full examination by our staff of the legitimacy of the original complaint. Tampered, damaged, and parts marked without any company insignias are not covered by our returns policy. Please note customer satisfaction is our number one priority, thus, we will do everything within reason and within our return policy to comply and turn every complaint to a satisfied result.

All return shipments must be delivered within the return policy dates. The delivered date can be verified by viewing the package tracking. Customers are liable to pay for all return shipping postage and costs. It is recommended that customers insure all return packages. We will not accept returns shipments with “Due Postage.”

The customer claims 100% responsibility of correctly packaging and insuring that products being returned are not damaged during the shipment. Items damaged from return shipping are not covered under our warranty and return policy. We encourage all customers to add insurance and tracking to all returned shipments.

0-15 Days after order date:
All returned items in their original condition are eligible for full refund, store credit or replacement. Products returned in a used or non-original condition are subject to a 20-50% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

15-30 Days after order date:
All returned items in their original condition are eligible for store credit or replacement. The store credit amount will reflect on the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower. Products returned in a used or non-original condition are subject to a 20-50% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

31+ Days after order date:
We do not accept returns past 31 days.

Shipping Fee Refunds

Shipping Fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. If on an order the customer has qualified for free outbound shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the order refund.

When do we refund outbound shipping?

  • products received with shipping damages
  • incorrect parts shipped to customer
  • products were non-functional upon received by customer (determined by KC Digital. Intl. Inspection Team upon return and received)

Shipping Fee Refunds

  • valid for 90 days after the date issued.
  • non-transferrable, only to be used by the original customer.
  • non-exchangeable
  • not refundable for any cash value, cash, credit or paypal.

Policy Abuse:

Unfortunately, some customers abuse our generous return, warranty, and other policies.

Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to those abusive customers.
